I think you summarize well the delimma of almost any human endeavor. We are frequently asked to do our best with inadequate information and things we try to do are frequently much more complicated than we could ever imagine.
The average persome coming into a sport probably thinks it has all been worked out. Some coaches as a marketing tool try to let people think they have it all worked out.
They are both wrong.
Nice thing about this discussion is I haven't heard one person think they have it all worked out.
Regarding the dribbling while on PC's? I was brainstroming that it might be beneficial for further developing "unconscious" coordination patterns that would benefit the athlete.
