Herb, I appreciate your comments and agree that in your case the scale factor needed to be adjusted. I have heard reports of a variety of different scale factors being used. It seems that in the range of 200 - 300 watts the Tacxgenerally underreports the power.
I think we all basically agree that it would be nice to make the tacx consistent AND accurate. I gather that consistency can be a real problem as type of tire, pressure on the tire and inflation of tire can all affect roll-down times. I hope that tacx addresses this for the older models with software updates that include a calibration procedure a la tacx-flow.
