Shipping for most items is via Xpresspost (Priority Post for USA).  For large bulky items shipping will be by Xpedited Post. Xpedited is also used for items that include free shipping. Shipping to international destinations is by International Expresspost (EMS). All shipments are insured and this is part of the shipping cost. You will receive an email with shipping and tracking information once the order has been processed. Please email if you have any special requests or questions regarding shipping.

Shipping Standard within Canada for Xpresspost is 2-3 days. Shipping Standard within Canada for Xpedited is 2-8 days depending on destination. We are in BC so BC orders are 2 days, Maritimes destinations are 8 days.

When ordering Items that include free shipping you may wish to upgrade to Xpresspost for a small charge for quicker delivery. In that case send us an email after you place your order.

The Shipping Standard to the US for Xpresspost is 4-7 business days. (Customs clearance time is variable and is included in this standard.)

The Shipping Standard for International Expresspost (EMS) for destinations outside North America is 6-9 business days.

The online order form calculates an approximate cost for shipping.  Be sure to select the correct destination option from the Shipping Options box. In some cases the shipping charge may need to be corrected once the order has been packaged. For heavy and/or large bulky items the shipping cost will be calculated once the order has been packaged. A separate charge may appear on your credit card for the shipping in some cases. You will be notified of the exact shipping charge by email.

We can also do COD shipments within Canada as long as the total value is less than $1000. Call if you wish to pay via this option.

With automated ordering systems occasionally a problem may arise. You will receive an automated email from Canada Post with the tracking number once the order is processed for shipment. If you do not receive this message within 3 business days of making your order please contact us immediately.
