As long coaches and athletes do not use teh today's real ability to test we will have situations like that over and over again. The whole ideas in coaching unfortunately went over many years to wards material and drugs and very little is done to work on the real physiological info we can gather this days as we are still stuck in the old traditional ideas of traiing and forget recovery as the key of improvement.
