Tacx lately put online two new websites: www.tacxsatori.com for its newest Satori cycletrainer and www.tacxvr.com which is all about the virtual reality trainers and all their infinite possibilities.

Trainers, sports doctors, physical training physiologists and those who study movement agree that cycletrainers provide a controlled, efficient way of getting into top condition. In season, you can practise precision training exercises such as power, speed, climbing and interval training at home

Many cyclists have been training on cycle trainers for years now. The CycleForce Trainers for instance are frequently used to warm up for races. The last couple of years these trainer's popularity has grown immensely. You do not have to be a professional to cycle on our modern Tacx trainers!

All the CycleForce and the Cycletrack trainers are collapsible. The trainers are therefore easy to store or to carry with you to a race for warming-up or cooling-down. The unit mounted onto the frame has a balanced steel fly-wheel to guarantee smooth pedalling. The Tacx trainers are well suited for use with almost all bicycles, even mountain bikes with smooth tire profile.

Tacx launches a new innovation! The Sirius is a striking cycletrainer featuring a “silent” action. The magnetic brake’s rolling cylinder, the point where the cycle touches the trainer, is made in soft gel combined with a stainless steel running surface. This means that the action of the Sirius is sound-deadening yet wear-resistant. A balanced 1 kg steel flywheel gives a smooth pedalling action. You can use the resistance lever to vary the resistance through 10 positions. The CycleForce frame is collapsible and springs with you lightly as you cycle.

Tacx's newest trainer. The Satori is the super power trainer for Pro Tour teams. Its sturdy, ergonomic frame stands rock-steady on the floor. The brake consists of a very powerful Neodynium magnet and an extralarge steel flywheel. The position of the magnet relative to the flywheel is adjusted with the 10-position remote resistance lever. This gives rise to a magnetic field of such magnitude that it enables training to take place at unbelievably high power with low pedalling frequencies.

Skyliner, front wheel support

The Skyliner enables you to cycle in a natural cycling position; it corrects the position of the bike by elevating the front wheel. The front wheel support can be used with all rear-wheel cycletrainers. suitable for all racing and ATB bicycles.

Sweat cover

During training a person can perspire profusely. Perspiration is very agressive and can damage a bicycle. To protect the bike against this damage, Tacx offers a sweat cover. This item is attached between the handlebar and the seatpost to catch the perspiration.

Training Tire

Tacx's training tire is the ideal tire for bicycle trainers and ws designed specifically for indoor training. Particular composite materials minimize the frictional heat, skidding and wear and tear. Tacx's training tire is also substantially more quiet.

- 26x1.25 for mountain bikes.

Tacx's new training mat protects the floor, absorbs sound and catches sweat. Exclusive nylon version with a non-slip surface. Furthermore, reinforcement has been applied in order to prevent wear and tear when getting on or off. The mat can be rolled up and is very light.
