The MD300C63 is very similar to the MD300C2 described above but with some added features.

The all-new OxyWatch digital pulse oximeter has several new innovations. The anti-skid surface helps to prevent the finger from slipping while taking the measurement; the occlusion design provides a better fit and reduces external light interference resulting in overall better performance; upgraded software automatically compensates any signal attenuation resulting in better accuracy for patients with low blood perfusion; the new clip design reduces the pressure on the finger and allows better blood circulation in the finger for stronger signals and improved readings; the shock-resistant casing helps to reduce damages when the unit is dropped accidently.

MD300C53 pediatric digital pulse oximeter is designed for children weighing 33-100 lb or 15-45 kg. MD300C53 uses a special pediatric oximetry sensor calibrated specially for children. It helps to minimize inaccurate measurements due to movement. The probe also has a smaller opening to better fit children's fingers. There is a special mark to tell children the best place to put their finger.

The digital display can show data in six different modes making it easy for the patient and caretaker to read. This is especially helpful when the patient has problem with hand or arm movement. The display is similar to the MD300C2. Brightness has 10 levels of adjustment.

Wrist pulse oximeter MD300W1 is a small, wrist-worn portable blood oxygen meter for measuring blood oxygen saturation level (SpO2) and pulse rate at home, sleep laboratories, and hospital (including clinical use in surgery, anesthesia, intensive care...). Wrist oximeter MD300W1 provides spot checks and continuous recordings for neonate, infant, pediatric and adult. The digital wrist pulse oximeter is commonly used at home or sleep laboratories for diagnosing sleep apnea or hypopnea and for monitoring pulse rate and blood oxygen level during exercise, essential for patients with heart or breathing problems.
